All components can be easily reconfigured right in the installation.  Use a 1/2" socket wrench.  You can reconfigure the back by removing a locking nut located under the center of the back.

Seats are removed from the MainFrame by removing the two bolts located at the center of the front and rear of the seat.  The procedure is repeated for each seat and back when in multiple seat configurations.

End panels are removed from the MainFrame by removing eight bolts that are located at the ends of each seat and back frame assembly.  Plinth bases can be removed by loosening two bolts that are accessed from the bottom of the base assembly.  Arm caps can be removed using a 7/16" socket wrench.
